Job Title: Family Practice Provider Location: San Bernardino, Ca. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Provider to join our healthcare team. The Family Practice Provider will be responsible for delivering primary care services to patients of all ages, promoting health and well-being through preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families. Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate, following evidence-based guidelines. Provide counseling and education to patients on preventive care, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests, X-rays, and EKGs. Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed. Maintain accurate and updated medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Adhere to clinical protocols and guidelines to ensure high-quality care delivery. Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities to stay current with advances in medical practice and technology. Uphold ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing medical practice. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. New Graduates welcomed. Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification. Current state medical license and DEA registration. Proficiency in clinical examination and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working as a Family Practice Provider in a primary care setting but will consider new graduates leaving residency. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.. Benefits: Competitive Salary $250,000-$300,000, 2-3 weeks PTO, 5 paid Company Holidays, 401k after one year of service with 5% matching, Medical Insurance with options of Vision and Dental coverage. $2,500 in CME expenses. Working Conditions: This is a new office and we would need any candidate to be able to jump over to Urgent Care during slow days to assist with patients. Once the office is at full capacity you would only be in Family Practice. Expected daily patient count would be 20-25. You will have a dedicated team to help with any additional needs like consult notes, labs. and completion of forms.
